Our pallet solutions

Since its foundation (April 1994) Golden Pallet Kft. has specialised in the production of various kinds of pallets.

We manufacture both our traditional and special pallets from raw materials purchased in Hungary, from mainly fine poplar sawing industrial base materials.

During the manufacturing process, we always focus on our customers’ interests: we produce a large scale of pallets in different dimensions, weights and designs so that everyone can select the most suitable solutions for them.

EUR pallets

Traditional EUR pallets are the cornerstones of pallet production. Their design follows the standards specified by the European Union. At present, we offer our EUR-type pallets in four different dimensions to our customers.

Half-pallet

The half pallet produced by Golden Pallet Kft. is exactly half the size of the traditional EUR pallet. Half pallets are particularly recommended for customers in retail trading, as the dimension, weight and design of these products allow easy moving and storing in smaller warehouses.

Display Pallet

Considering their size, the Display Pallets manufactured by us correspond to a quarter of the traditional EUR pallets. Owing to their special dimension and design, they are recommended particularly for demonstration and promotion (Secondary POS) purposes.

Pallets of customised size and design

Thanks to our extremely flexible team of specialists and state-of-the-art production technology, we can manufacture pallets of any size and design within a short deadline, even at a small scale. If needed, we help the users select the solution that is the most cost-efficient for them.

One-way pallets

When creating our one-way pallets, we focused on ensuring the lowest price possible. Their dimension corresponds to that of the traditional EUR pallets. As the name shows, these pallets are recommended to our customers primarily for single use, so they are not as long-wearing as other types of pallets. Certainly, it does not mean at all that one-way pallets would not grant 100% safety to the goods delivered in the short term.

Heightening frames for pallets

The heightening frames for pallets can be used both as simple heightening frames or as wooden cases if supplemented with a cover plate. And if there is nothing to pack in it currently, you can disassemble and fold them, saving a lot of space in your warehouse.

Production of high-quality, kiln dried pallets

Kiln dried pallets have a moisture content of maximum 20 per cent. It is suitable for packaging moisture-sensitive goods (e.g. paper-based products), storing in poorly-ventilating warehouses (pallets do not mildew or become mouldy), and food-industrial use (owing to drying at a high temperature, the micro-organisms in the wood are killed and no new phylums settle).

Production of fumigated pallets

We have accredited fumigating equipment, which are suitable to perform fumigation as specified in Standard FAO ISPM 15 and draw up the certifying documents.

Delivery of “Just in time” system

We produce and professionally store the customers’ scheduled monthly demand for pallets. Keeping a continuous contact, we deliver the pallets at pre-agreed times to the customers’ premises. If required by the customer, we assume the operation of internal logistics. The application of the system considerably decreases the users’ ongoing pallet stock and the related costs.
